ABOUT KYT AMERICAS
KYT Americas is the authorized distributor of KYT helmets for the United States and Canada. We are based in Columbia, Pennsylvania. We supply a network of authorized KYT dealers and sell directly to riders at kytamericas.com. Since November 17, 2025, we have also handled KYT sales, service, spare parts and dealer support in Canada.
KYT helmets bought new from an authorized KYT Americas dealer or kytamericas.com are covered by our 3-year limited warranty, with 1 year on visors and accessories. Our team also handles warranty claims, spare parts and dealer applications.

In 2013 KYT purchased Suomy Helmets. Suomy designers continue inventing amazing helmets designs and liveries in Italy.

INSPIRED BY SUCCESS
KYT was born in 1998 as a “Racing Idea Project” inspired by its founder Mr. Eddy Tedjakusuma. Since 1980, Mr. Tedjakusuma has successfully turned PT TARA group into one of the biggest helmet production manufacturers in the world. With increasing international market share, PT TARA today is regarded as one of the main global manufacturers, extensively focused on motorcycle helmet production with facilities totaling 100,000 m2.

DEDICATED TO MOTORSPORTS
KYT Helmets has been dedicated to its motorsports presence through a number of professional racers around the world. MotoGP racers such as Enea Bastianini and Augusto Fernández, as well as many riders in Moto2 and Moto3, have trusted KYT to protect them during their careers.
Recent highlights include Nicolò Bulega's 2026 World Superbike title, Jaume Masià's 2023 Moto3 World Championship, and Davey Todd's 2025 Superbike TT win, KYT's first victory at the Isle of Man TT. In the United States, KYT rider Josh Herrin won his fifth Daytona 200 in 2026.
