Les éditions Replica du TT-Revo habillent le casque intégral de route de KYT avec des livrées de course. Il existe 16 designs, dont ceux de Bastianini (Indonésie 2024), Bulega (2022), Alex Lowes (2024), Moreira (Mandalika), Fernández (2022), Masià, Gino Rea, Bayliss, trois répliques de Riccardo Rossi et deux designs du Leopard Racing. Deux de ces pilotes ont depuis remporté des titres mondiaux avec des casques KYT : Masià en Moto3 en 2023 et Bulega en WorldSBK en 2026. Chacun est un TT-Revo complet, aux formes étudiées avec des ingénieurs en aéronautique et en soufflerie : une coque en thermoplastique avancé ADT déclinée en trois tailles, avec une visière anti-rayures compatible Pinlock. Le TT-REVO, casque intégral de moto KYT, présente des formes captivantes et extrêmes étudiées en soufflerie pour obtenir les meilleures performances sans négliger le style et l'ergonomie. Le mécanisme de la visière a été conçu pour offrir praticité et efficacité. Le revêtement intérieur a été optimisé pour offrir un confort et une circulation de l'air optimaux. En collaboration avec des ingénieurs en aéronautique, des logiciels spéciaux et des tests en soufflerie ont donné naissance à ce casque innovant : solide, confortable et performant.

Coque
La coque est fabriquée en trois tailles (S, M et L), en thermoplastique avancé ADT, un mélange de résines thermoplastiques à haute résistance aux chocs.
Polystyrène de protection
Le polystyrène interne est réalisé en trois tailles (XS, M et L) pour obtenir une meilleure ergonomie et une densité variable. Cette caractéristique permet une absorption graduelle et progressive de l'énergie produite par l'impact. Même si la majeure partie de l'énergie créée par l'impact est absorbée par la coque externe grâce à sa déformation, le rôle du polystyrène est déterminant pour l'absorption de l'énergie résiduelle.
Visière
La visière est en polycarbonate avec un traitement anti-rayures. Le nouveau système de fixation au casque permet de retirer la visière sans outils. Le TT-REVO dispose d'un système de verrouillage pour fixer la visière en position fermée pendant la conduite. Le TT-REVO est compatible Pinlock.

Ventilation
Des canaux spéciaux dans la doublure en polystyrène assurent une ventilation optimale à l'intérieur du casque et une évacuation rapide de l'air chaud. Le TT-REVO dispose de cinq entrées d'air à l'avant et de quatre extracteurs d'air sous le spoiler aérodynamique.
Intérieurs
Ils sont fabriqués en tissu bi-élastique doux et respirant avec des fibres synthétiques, qui offrent une absorption élevée de la transpiration et gardent le casque frais et sec. Les mousses de joue sont facilement amovibles ; des mousses de joue de différentes épaisseurs sont disponibles.
Système de rétention
Le système de rétention est équipé d'une boucle double D. Il est compatible avec des ajouts micrométriques.

Comfort Liners

Visor Features
The refined mechanics of the visor mechanism has been designed to offer practicality of use and efficiency at the same time. TT-REVO is equipped with an intuitive lock system to fix the visor in the closed position while driving.
Optical Visor Class 1
Visor geometries are carefully studied and designed through advanced optical software. The visor has a variable thickness in order to obtain the optical class 1, the best performance achievable for a lens.

WHAT IS KYT'S WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION?
KYT Americas offers a three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues but does not cover damage from accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper storage. To claim warranty service, you'll need to provide your proof of purchase and return the helmet to your original dealer.
HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT KYT HELMET SIZE?
You can determine your proper size by consulting the sizing chart in each product's information section. For the most accurate fit, measure your head circumference at the widest point above your eyebrows and around the back of your head.
ARE KYT HELMET VISORS REPLACEABLE AND PINLOCK COMPATIBLE?
Yes, KYT helmets are Pinlock compatible and offer a range of replacement visors. You can customize your helmet with our selection of colored visors, which are easily replaceable.
HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY KYT HELMET?
