Partnership announced at the 2026 Daytona 200, bringing race-proven protection to one of America's most respected riding schools

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — March 2026 — Against the backdrop of one of the most historic weekends in American road racing, KYT Americas and Jason Pridmore's JP43 Training have announced a new partnership that will bring KYT helmets directly to students at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in Desert Center, California.

KYT will be available to JP43 Training students at Chuckwalla, giving riders access to competition-grade head protection at one of Southern California's premier track day and coaching destinations.

The partnership is a natural fit. Legendary Jason Pridmore, a two-time FIM Endurance World Champion and winner of 21 AMA national races, founded his STAR Motorcycle School in 1999 and has long made rider safety a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. JP43 Training operates out of Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, offering one-on-one sessions and private events led by Pridmore and a staff of accomplished professional coaches. For years, Pridmore has been outspoken about the importance of proper equipment on track — making a helmet partnership with a brand rooted in MotoGP racing an extension of those values.

The KYT KX-1 Race GP, KYT's top-tier race homologated lid, is worn by competitors across MotoAmerica, WorldSBK, and MotoGP offering the kind of track-tested protection that aligns with JP43's performance-first approach.

The 2026 Daytona 200 weekend, which saw Josh Herrin claim a record-tying fifth Daytona 200 victory and Kayla Yaakov make history as the first woman on the podium, set an electric stage for the partnership's debut. With the MotoAmerica season now underway, KYT Americas and JP43 Training look forward to growing the relationship through track events at Chuckwalla throughout the year.
