SHIPPING & REFUNDS

KYT Americas offers free shipping to select states in the United States on all online orders over $100*. If your order is below the $100 minimum, you must pay the required shipping fee included in your order.

ORDER TRACKING AND SHIPPING

If you create an account with us, your dashboard will automatically be updated with the status of your order. Simply log in to “Your Account” and click “Order History & Tracking.” This is where you will be able to click on your current order and find the updated status. If your order has already shipped, the tracking number will be linked within the status.

Tracking information for orders placed on weekends will not be available until Monday.

KYT Americas strives to ship all orders within 2-3 days of placing an order.

*Shipping restrictions apply: We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you a 100% refund excluding shipping costs.

Please send us an email as soon as you would like to return the product and make sure to provide us with your order confirmation number. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the original receipt date and must be unused and in its original packaging.  Customers MUST receive a Return Authorization # from KYT Americas prior to sending any order back for a refund.

Once we received your returned item, we will fully examine the item for quality and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are eligible for a refund, the full purchase price in the form of a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless stated otherwise. If item is missing original packaging and/or labels, a 25% restocking and/or reconditioning fee will be deducted from refund.

Reasons that a restocking and/or reconditioning fee may be applied include but are not limited to:

  • Visor label being removed
  • Excessive dirt
  • Items smelling like smoke
  • Damaged box and/or packing material
  • Item shipped without packing box (a helmet should not be shipped only in the KYT branded display box--a packing box is required)

KYT Americas reserves the right to deny the refund of any product.

Reasons a refund may be denied include but are not limited to:

  • Obvious wear
  • Rock chips
  • Missing pads
  • Missing visor
  • Damage
  • Time since purchase

EXCHANGES

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@kytamericas.com with details of the product and the defect.

If you received the item as a gift, you will need to provide a receipt to process your exchange.

KYT Americas reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

To return your product, please contact us by email at sales@kytamericas.com to receive shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We have high standards of quality control, but in an unlikely case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we’ll exchange it free of charge.

Please send to us a few photos as a proof of the flaw or the defective area to sales@kytamericas.com, and we will exchange it for you free of charge or give you a full refund including the shipping cost
