LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT
All of our products has been developed with extreme attention to satisfy your safety.
KYT Americas warrants KYT helmets to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.
KYT visors & accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.
Who Is Covered?
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased new from an authorized KYT Americas dealer or directly from KYTAmericas.com and is valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable.
What Is Covered?
If KYT Americas determines that a product contains a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, KYT Americas may, at its sole discretion:
KYT recommends inspecting your helmet regularly and replacing it when it shows signs of significant wear, damage, or deterioration, or after any significant impact.
Warranty Claims
The Limited Warranty will be valid once your order has been completed and delivered.
To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out and submit the necessary information and documentation by visiting our Warranty Claim Form. The product must be returned for inspection if requested.
KYT Americas reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage under the terms of this Limited Warranty.

- Repair the defective product or component;
- Replace the defective product or component with the same model; or
- Replace it with a comparable model or component if the original is no longer available.
Replacement under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
What Is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, fading, or discoloration.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
Ageing of the fabric and of the internal quilting due to normal product use.
Any crash, collision, impact, accident, or any mishandling of the products, whether damage is visible or not.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, improper storage, or failure to follow the product’s instructions for use and maintenance.
Exposure to excessive heat, petroleum products, solvents, paints, adhesives, cleaning chemicals, or other substances that may degrade helmet materials.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or disassembly.
Installation or use of non-KYT parts, accessories, communication systems, or other equipment that alters the helmet or its intended performance.
Damage occurring during shipping when not properly packaged by the customer.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or products with removed, altered, or illegible identification labels or serial numbers.
Eventual personal problems such as comfort, size, aerodynamics, noises, etc.
KYT Americas cannot be held responsible for any temporary non-usage of the helmet during repairs.
Important Safety Information
A motorcycle helmet is designed to absorb the energy of a single significant impact. Even if no damage is visible, a helmet that has sustained an impact may have compromised protective performance and should be replaced immediately.
