Conçu et développé en Italie avec les outils numériques les plus avancés, le casque KX-1 a subi des tests rigoureux menés par Enea Bastianini, pilote officiel Ducati Corse, afin de garantir des performances optimales en compétition. Son aérodynamisme de pointe, fruit de plus de trois années d'essais en soufflerie et sur circuit, optimise la traînée et les performances en course dans différentes positions de conduite et angles d'inclinaison. Le KX-1 offre un champ de vision périphérique élargi (92° et 210°) pour une vision dégagée et répond aux normes FIM les plus exigeantes. L'intérieur du KX-1 est doté d'une doublure confectionnée avec des matériaux haut de gamme, alliant forme et fonction.
Le casque KX-1 RACE est utilisé en MotoGP™ et continue d'être adopté par les pilotes de classe mondiale du monde entier.
COQUILLE
La coque est fabriquée en fibre TRICOMPOSITE, un nouveau composite qui offre une coque plus légère mais à la fois plus dure et plus protectrice.
Ce nouveau composite est un mélange de carbone de poids/résistances à la rupture différents, lié à des résines aramides qui garantissent une coque légère mais beaucoup plus résistante aux impacts.
Le casque KX-1 RACE est produit en trois tailles différentes : S, M et XL.

POLYSTYRÈNE PROTECTEUR
Doublure interne en polystyrène expansé (EPS) disponible en trois tailles (S, M et XL) pour une meilleure ergonomie et une densité variable. Cette caractéristique permet une absorption progressive et graduelle de l'énergie produite par l'impact.
Même si la majeure partie de l'énergie créée par l'impact est absorbée par la coque externe grâce à sa déformation, le rôle du polystyrène est crucial pour l'absorption de l'énergie résiduelle.
La variation de densité du polystyrène permet d'optimiser les performances mécaniques de la coque en polystyrène, assurant ainsi un niveau d'absorption maximal dans toutes les zones du casque.
VISIÈRE
La visière est en polycarbonate injecté, anti-rayures et d'épaisseur variable. Facile à retirer, elle est équipée d'un levier de déverrouillage en alliage métallique spécial qui lui confère une structure renforcée et une fermeture sécurisée. La visière est également dotée d'un système de verrouillage « Racing Lock System » en alliage métallique, réduisant ainsi le risque de détachement en cas de chute. Les visières KX-1 RACE sont compatibles avec les films détachables de compétition.

PINLOCK
Le KX-1 RACE est compatible avec PINLOCK® MAX VISION 120, le système antibuée le plus performant du marché.
VENTILATION
C’est lors des Grands Prix les plus chauds que l’on sollicite le plus le pilote, ce qui exige concentration et endurance. Pouvoir compter sur une ventilation efficace fait toute la différence.
Le KX-1 RACE comprend sept conduits d'admission d'air qui fonctionnent de concert avec un système de canaux soigneusement intégré, garantissant une excellente circulation d'air à l'intérieur du casque.
L'extraction de l'air chaud est une merveille d'aérodynamisme : deux extracteurs d'air immergés, fonctionnant de concert avec l'aileron arrière, créent un effet Venturi au-dessus des orifices d'échappement, aspirant ainsi l'air chaud.
INTÉRIEURS
Les coussinets de joues et la doublure de confort interne sont amovibles, lavables et remplaçables.
Ils sont fabriqués à partir d'un tissu haut de gamme composé de fibres spécifiques qui offrent les caractéristiques suivantes :
- Évacue la transpiration de la tête
- Se conserve frais et sec
- Tissu léger, doux et respirant
Les coussinets de joue sont personnalisables et facilement amovibles en cas d'urgence grâce au système de dégagement rapide.

Visor Features
The visor is in optical class 1 and guarantees a wide peripheral and vertical field of vision, 210° and 90° respectively. The visor is easily removable, thanks to a practical mechanism that doesn’t require any tool.

WHAT IS KYT'S WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION?
KYT Americas offers a three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues but does not cover damage from accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper storage. To claim warranty service, you'll need to provide your proof of purchase and return the helmet to your original dealer.
HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT KYT HELMET SIZE?
You can determine your proper size by consulting the sizing chart in each product's information section. For the most accurate fit, measure your head circumference at the widest point above your eyebrows and around the back of your head.
ARE KYT HELMET VISORS REPLACEABLE AND PINLOCK COMPATIBLE?
